Title: best tune up parts?

what are the best parts to use for a tune up like wires and plugs any difference in high end plugs and wires

Some wires are better, some aren't. I haven't had one issue with the stuff they sell at autozone, and usually the first time i swap them is the last time. Now if you have modified the car some, its a different story.

Buy the $1.99 copper autolite plugs your car was designed for.

has headers and h pipe and a cobra intake with a modified explorer tb thats about it

For the most part use Motorcraft stuff anywhere you can.

What msd parts are you running?
I have extra oem coils if you need one to test

I would start off with motorcraft wires, plugs, tfi, and coil and then see where your at

msd sf wires and coil also the dist cap i did the tfi with a autozone tfi last year

Ive heard nothing but problems with auto parts store TFI's.  Get a motorcraft one.

.any auto parts store or dealer ship. Wallmart even has spark plugs and oil filters.
