Be sure you call as sometimes they do not update the information. I have had really good luck buying parts this way and the sellers always seem to pack the items really well as the parts are usually too far for me to drive.

I called ahead of time and they had to pull it off..... Looks good except it has mold inside of lens... can these be taken apart or should I just soak it in water & bleach ?? It's not bad but it's there.. :dunno:

I'm pretty sure the lense can be separated from the housing. I've done it with the tail lights on my '83 and you just have to be careful. If there is not a write up on how to do it here the Fox Mustang tail lights are the same way so I would think you could find how to do it one one of the Mustang sites.

I soaked it in the bath tub with bleach and dawn for dishes mixed up. came out looking like new... THANKS AGAIN for the link....!!!!!!

Does anyone know how replace the lens on the 86 Mercury Cougar tail lights?
