Why not just take the door panel off and attach it to the panel.
Should be pretty simple. Doesn't look to be in bad condition.

Just my thought.

If I was near you...I could fix it.
I used to be a machinist...I could think of a few ways to hold it to the panel.

I thought about gluing the broken hooks back on, but not sure how well it would hold. It's the 3  behind the armrest, the 2 behind the map pocket are still intact.

If I find some 87-88 panels in that color I'm c00ching them up, they were so much better looking/made.
