Title: Car cover
Post by: rodsterh on October 23, 2014, 11:36:40 AM
Has anyone purchased a 83-86 car cover lately?  Thinking about getting one for indoor use and OK with a cheap universal one as long as it fits decent.

I bought a new one for my car several years ago. I got it at Pep Boys of all places. It's gray and flannel lined. It's a nice cover. I think it cost me ~$90.

I have one for a foxbody mustang. Mines really just a dust cover though

Thanks, I'm curious how the universal covers fit. Hate to have 3 feet of cover on the ground.  Will probably end up going w/ a custom cover.

how does the cover for a mustang fit?  I would think it would be a little short for a Tbird

I just got one for my 88.  Went online to empire covers and put in my car and searched.  Came up with several to choose from.  I chose a cheaper one as mine will always be inside storage.  Think around $75. I was surprised for a universal cover how well it fit.
