So while the wife and I were out for a nice adventure today, I saw this p/u sitting out. Never saw one of these till today. Enjoy

Somebody should save it. I've never seen one either. Gotta be uber rare.
I might head back over there to inquire about it. It would be fun to resto-mod it and use it to pull a car trailer. Maybe swap in a diesel or a 5.4 4cam into it
They didn't make many of those unibody trucks I've only seen one in person a guy that I work with owns one very neat truck
I don't know much about old trucks. What makes this one rare?
I've seen a few unibodies (1961-1963 F100s) when travelling the western back roads, but never remembered one having that cab or the flares. That's an unusual one, for sure.
Not many years of uni-bodies produced, 61' to 63'. I haven't been able to find anything about the extended cabs with flares other than possibly they were made by an out-sourced company. Although I've found pics of 3 other different ones.
So after reading on thread from a ford truck forum, I took a closer look at a pic of the interior. It definitely looks like an after-market modification to me. It's rumored that an extremely few were made. Personally I'd fill in the little odd shaped windows
LOL wife just said for me to start dropping a golden brick :toilet:
