Are you talking about the wire spring clips which hold the arm rest to the door panel? You should be able to buy them from any body shop supply house. They usually sell all the body and interior clips, hardware and such.

Find a grey beard in a napa store and if they don't have them, they should know where to get them.

most fastener store houses have both interior and automotive parts catalogs and would be able to get them anywhere.
