It's a body-in-white car, saved from being crushed by Ford. That's why there's no title--there's no VIN.

It would be interesting to know the history of the car and what testing Ford did with it. It has a paint job like the Detroit GP Capris did. And the XR7 front end may have already been on the car. But maybe the owner did those items.
