I pulled my T-5 out today. It's a 4 cyl. trans, but gave me no issues at all behind my 5.0. Smooth shifts, no grinding, no problems at all. Had clear red fluid when I drained it. I also had a steel bearing retainer made by a company in Texas for it. Never gave me a single issue. $350 shipped in the lower 48, or $275 picked up locally. I also have the clutch as well which has about 5000 miles on it that I will keep with the transmission.
4 cyl t5's make for a lot if fun behind a v8 lol
I enjoyed it while I had it in the car. It served well.
