Trying to work up some numbers on wheels for a 87-88 TC and need to know what the backspacing and offset were on the factory snowflake rims. Anyone have this info? I've looked for a couple of hours and pretty sure I have just overlooked it but my eyes are about to fall out of my head.
Thanks,
Darren
The '87-'88 snowflakes had a 5.25" backspacing which should be a 31.7mm offset.
That was measuring to the very edge of the wheel, not to the bead.
Over the years, I have gotten into the habit of measuring all the wheels that I have owned for the same reason you have found. It's always hard to find reliable data when you want it NOW. ;)
Thanks! I was creeping around over on NATO and the search function is not very robust.

No problem.
Here are some other Fox T-Bird/Cougar wheel backspacing/offsets that may come in handy:
15x7" Ten-Hole wheel - 5" / 25.4mm
15x7" Turbine wheel - 5" / 25.4mm
TRX 390mm wheel - 4-7/16" / 11mm
This should be a sticky in the susp/strng forum
