I was kind of curious if the aftermarket K-Members for the 87-93 fox body stangs are interchangable on all fox body cars? specifically the 84 cougar. I figured it all would be... but 2nd...3rd...4th...n so on opinions always help :-)

There has been alot of discussion on this. Yes, the majority of them fit, but there are usually a couple "issues" that need to be addressed in getting them to bolt up to the chassis. Nothing major.

cool thanks chuck... i was thinkin before i get my v8 i may pick up a aftermarket K member to save some weight doesnt seem to bad bout 230 bucks thanks :-)

I'm not sure how much I'd trust my ass to a $230 K-member though. But that's just me.

Hes right. You get what you pay for with K-members. I Like the Maximum Motorsports and Griggs units myself. I have a Griggs GR-40 setup on my 88 Turbocoupe.
