83 Thunderbird Heritage with FMS kit. Looks to be in decent shape.

I like the seats hehe :)
They look kinda comfy. Plus I have a soft spot for red interiors.
Love it. It's 80's defined, right down to the wheels.
I wonder if that car is from Ohio. There used to be one just like that running around here.
If you really want it I could take a look for you ;). It's not far from me.
Rust on the oil pan says yes it is. :)
Oh, if only I could swing it right now. Vent windows and everything. Unfortunately I'm saving for a new Mustang...
No coach lamps????
'15? I've got a '12. The new ones are nice. More Fox Thunderbird like than Fox Mustang like.
Rod, i was waiting for you to say something...lol I noticed that too. Very odd, because its a Heritage Deluxe interior with the fake wood dash and Heritage emblem on the right. Never seen a 83 Heritage without them. You could order so many odd combos on these cars, who knows..... even more strange, did you notice the apparent lack of power seat controls, and the after market ejection seat toggle switch on the console? I have seen Turbo Coupes with the sport seats with no power seats, never seen a Heritage with deluxe interior or for that matter any Heritage without at least a Driver Power Seat.
I'm guessing the coach lights were swapped out during a repaint? Makes sense if he's going for the performance look, which by the looks of the huge tach on the steering column, he is. :D The coach lamps were standard on a Heritage so doubt if it could be ordered w/o them.
Whoever ordered it didn't prefer a power drivers seat, an optional item.
I prefer the stock look. :hick:
All the pans on these cars rust if they see snow even if only a few times.
Snow? What the hell is that? ;)
It's this eveil white stuff that falls from the sky. 5 months solid this year now....Been dealing with it regularly since early November this time around....
Yeah, I'm holding out for a '15... But that could change depending on how much $$ that IRS adds to the cost. I'm shooting for a GT convertible (it's my mid life crisis car, what can I say). I'm a bit disappointed that it won't be in showrooms until November - was hoping to pull the trigger this spring, but I guess I'll have to wait until next. If it is priced too ridiculously I'll either buy a '14 or try to find a lightly used C7 Vette (again, middle age).
My brother has a 2012 V6 6-speed with the performance pack. He loves the car, and has been doing his best to make it "His". He's bought a tuner, CAI, some interior bits including a billet shifter and e-brake handle, and a ridiculous looking rear window louvre. I keep telling him he's put a mullet on it. Here is a few pics with his winter tires & wheels on it (the stock ones are 19"). I BEGGED him not to apply those red stickers that came with the wheels...

I don;t know if you've driven an '11 up 3.7 V6 Mustang but they are surprisingly fast. The one we have is only about .5 second slower to 60 and in the quarter than the Thunderbird. It doesn't feel really strong if you drive it normally but if you stomp on it the engine screams.
I don't mind the rear louvers (very functional in the summer sun) but don't care for the side ones.
