I am curious to find the diameters of the pulleys on the accessory drive of the Thunderbird vs the mustang. The power steering, waterpump, and crank interest me the most. The power steering pulley I found to be F1SE-3D673-AB. But i cannot confirm that.

Not sure about the width of them, but the depth may also be of concern.
They are indeed all 6 rib. So, and the driver side bracket looks to be identical. The passenger side is a little different on the tbird. That said they appear to be simular enough its worth a try.
Depth should be the same between the sets. I know the crank is. The crank pulley from a mid 90's 302 pickup is the same size as ours and is revise in that it is one piece as opposed to 2 that are welded together. It's also lighter. I picked mine up from a '94 F-150. Part # starts with F2. Same diameter as the Cougar/Thunderbird piece.
These are the 94-95 SN95 mustang dimensions. What I'm looking for is the t-bird crank smaller or power steering pump bigger ?
F4ZE-6A312-AA - Crank - 6.75"
F4ZE-8A528-AB - Water Pump - 5"
F4ZE-3D673-AC - Power Steering - 6"
The sn-95 mustangs and 91-93 cougarbird engines are nearly identical. I think the accessories are the same. I am going to the junk yard this weekend. ill bring a tape measure and see if they have any cars to look at for you.
While the cars are similar the pulleys are not the same. This is the PS which is the most noticeable, but I'm curious what the other diameters are as well. If you could find that it would be a great help to me.
