Title: auto door lock feature

when i start the 20th and pass through the gear selector through N on to drive, the doors auto lock. ~normal

when i put the car in park the doors stay locked ~normal

the wife got out of the passanger side and simply closed the door but the door "auto locked again"  ~is this normal?

i cant recall this happening ,, doesnt seem "normal"

Yep mine does that. It will do that on the passenger side if the car auto locked itself. It's because there is a weight in the driver's seat over 50lbs (you) so the system will auto lock the other doors when they are open and shut. It would not do that if you (the driver) got out after the car was auto locked because there is no weight in the seat and the car is in park.

Mine autolocks when I shift from you park and go to neutral.  Won't do it if I go to reverse.

yeah, its gotta pass through N to get the auto lock signal established.
