Im in need of a complete fuel tank, including the fuel level sender and pump hanger and a fill tube
also a rear package shelf cover, preferably in blue and a moonroof headline. Let me know or pm me price. This is a start atleast, have cash and parts to barter with.

Id be willing to go that route if I could find the fuel level sending unit. I already know I can get the pump hanger new, its just that I cant find the fuel level

what ever the 87-88's came with, my original tank and everything that mounted in it is junk from rust. to the point that the float rod isnt even in one piece. The saddest part is the outside of the tank looks brand new, must have just gotten to much moisture inside of it.
You have a tc? if so it's buttstuffog, I just took my sender out of mine yesterday, to change it out to buttstuffog, but it's digital,reads backwards. I do have the pickup and pump that would work. I have a tank to,but that would cost to much to ship.
Can you get me a pic of what you got? Like I siad I have no problem buying a new tank if I can find the other pieces cheap enough.

OK cool, may have to look into resurrecting my original headliner. I cant seem to find any close enough to be able to get.
Are you going to be able to get the tank parts from 50racer? I do have the pickup, the sending unit is wrong for your app. plus I'm not really sure if I want to get rid of it.
I contacted him last night, he's gonna make sure he's got the stuff I need to make a new tank drop in! Decided if I'm going as far as I am I might as well just get a new tank, if he has all the other pieces I'm golden for that. My10-80 has a the the package cover piece, so I either need to track down a headliner or try to somehow resurrect the original.
i am still game on converting one type sender to the other.. just need spares to play with ... any "playing" would be totally reversable and back to original condition.
Also looking for some regular inner door panels (power window, power lock) from something other than a TC in blue, Ive made mine look decent for now. But I would like to find one like I remember from my old Sport I had.
