My parents have decided to retire this tired old Bird. If you need anything off of it, let me know.
I only plan on keeping it a month or so, then its going to the s pile.

I'm right there with ya guys. It seems pretty clean and solid in the pics. If I was closer I'd throw ya some coin just to save it from becoming a Toyota.

Does the thing run? Is it just really rusty? I wonder if it would make it back to Chicago under it's own power.....

The car is a 3.8 and trust me,its rusted pretty bad.the only good sheet metal is, the trunk lid, hood and passengers door.

The car is derivable , my dad has been driving it up until last week (he bought a new/used Fusion ,that is why he gave it to me.

I can pull the locks, but it will take me a week or so to get to them (I have allot of parts to pull)

To everyone requesting parts,I am keeping track of who wants what and will get the parts pulled and get you all prices.

I have been working at my parents house (painting) and should be done with it this weekend,then I will pull the parts.

Just didn't want you all to think I am dragging my feet on this.

Just a update
I started pulling parts yesterday and have most of them pulled.I will start getting in contact with you guys within the next few days and start shipping this stuff.

To any of you who I have not replied to your pm's,I am sorry and will get to them.

To be honest, I was overwhelmed by all the PM's, but I will get thru this.............lol !!!!

Nice set of window wipes (two outer wipes and one inner wipe).
Rubber is in good condition (soft and no cracks).

I don't know if it's the same on the cougar as it is on your car, but, the bracket for the spare tire, behind the left rear wheel well.  There's one going horizontal, and one going vertical; my vertical piece rotted out, so if yours is still good i could really use it.

Have you sold  the dew wipes yet?  Also looking for the window weatherstripping.  Would also be interested in the body mouldings on both sides if they are in good shape.
