I do not have the money or time for this seeing as its a big project money pit but a part of me dose not want to pass it up

Really depends on condition and how many of the unique parts are intact. Hertz cars are not as easy to find but I don't think there is a big premium for them.
More info and some pictures would be helpful to determine the value.
