Saw this nice 87 TC today at the Roosevelt Pick-N-Pull in San Antonio, TX. Recent addition and the buzzards are just starting to swoop on it. Pictures don't convey well but this car was in great shape before a fire in the dash sent it to the yard. There was 65K on the odometer and it appeared to be original. The interior looked to be one of the best I've seen (before the fire). The Bird had everything but a Moonroof. Hope somebody from the area can harvest a few nuggets from her.
Marchal Fog lights in perfect shape.

Door panels were pristine until some peeled back both for the speakers. What a flipp'n idiot.

Dual power seats. You can see the melted plastic droppings on the console and fabric.

And finally, the rear lights are in PERFECT shape...no cracking or hazing.

Wow I would have a field day .... Hopefully someone can save what they can
I remember the days when those cars were in my area. Now, they are always at least one State away or more.
That car was probably in some sort of front end accident at some point as it has an aftermarket header panel.
Now if only I could find tail light lenses like that around here for spares. The ones on my Thunderbird are uncracked but I could always use spares. Too bad the supply of these things in junk yards is kinda sparse around here.
I called the yard. They want $35 each for the rear tail light assemblies. If interested I can purchase and send to you at cost. They're open Sundays and I could have them in the mail Monday morning. Hate to see somebody smash them in the yard.
Wow that's cheap I would grab those inner corner lights to there is a guy that has Ben looking for those for a long time .... Hell grab the fogs to that car is loaded full of parts
Kefer, sent a pm.
Thanks but I'll have to pass for now. I'm working on something right now so the disposable cash is in short supply for a bit.
You need to stop investing your money in car wax!
Rear lights are gone.
Wanted the engine but they said (probably mistakenly) they don't have engine lift.
And I can't get my hands on one.
A yard with no lift ... That blows
The yard at Roosevelt Pick-N-Pull has fabricated several portable block-and-tackle lifts for engine pulls. I see them in use all the time.
So you Havetheir number. Could you share it please. Would like to call them.

Idk if that is one of the #s I tried getting ahold of someone. But I had zero luck getting ahold of anyone to answer questions for me in the past.
