i'm with you on that, i can't afford the 10K difference for a used 2011 though...... i am getting a good deal on this car, about 16K with around 60K miles, and very well maintained one owner car, a used 2011 GT with moderate miles runs average of 23-25K

Its a real GT/CS....the side stripes are stock, the white hood stripes are most likely added, although without seeing the window sticker i can't say.  This car is 100% bone stock, and no mods at all.  I don't plan to put a ton of cash in it, maybe a few minor go fast upgrades, nothing un-changeable. The color is Vista Blue, a more rare color than Red, white and Black....i think silver is the rarest color.

the stats for Vista Blue GT/CS for 2007

One thing looks funny, that manual shifter looks odd.:beatyoass:

Nice looking car, What do they get for mileage?

Congrats !!
Looks real nice. I think Vista Blue is a great color choice for the late model Mustangs.

My fiance's DD (when there is no snow) is a 2012 Mustang 3.7 in Grabber Blue. It's got about as much power as the 4.6 3V and is a blast to drive. I'd like to pick up a used 05-09 Mustang GT as a DD but she isn't kean on the idea. She thinks (and rightfully so) that with 3 other coupes around we need something with 4 doors and the ability to take largeish packages home from the store, which is why I still have the Focus.

This Mustang looks to be in good shape. It should be a fun as hell DD. Is it possible to get the white stripes removed or are they painted on?

The white stripes are likely vinyl, they make a GT/CS white stripe kit which would look much cooler with the racing stripe.    Here is a pic of the white/white on Blue comboXXX

Unfortunately, that database only works on 2007 and newer VIN's

I kinda figured that. I thought I'd just try it for fun. I wish Marti would get our info available like he has for the Fox Mustangs.

I'll have to try that when I get home. I'll see what it says about my Thunderbird.

Nice car!  Yeah, the Coyote motor is nice but there's nothing wrong with the 3V 4.6's.  I did Steeda 90mm CAI, Pypes lers, and a Diablosport 93 octane tune on my '07 and it really made a big difference in the car.  I've got as high as 29 mpg with mine and it is very fun to drive.  Planning on doing some BMR suspension over the winter and long term want to do a Paxton blower ;)

Have fun with it!

Picked up a 2009 GT last year. Great car, I'm sure you will enjoy yours.  I prefer the styling on the rear of the 2005-2009 much better than the 2010+ which is why I picked up this one for now.  Will want to try the new 5.0 some day tho' :hick:

I don't think I could DD my mustang.  Not near enough room!  Especially with a 2 year old in the house.  It rarely gets driven!  But it's nice to go for a spin now and then and watch the tach climb and the tires smoke!
