That is the question!
Why must the responsible adult side of me always conflict with the big kid that I am!?

Decisions decisions decisions......
I say if you can afford it go for it. You only get one go around and can't take anything with you.
I agree. I received some advice from a member on here I believe when I was looking at a new car " A few years down the road, You won't remember how much money that it cost you. But you'll remember that you bought what you wanted and it enjoyed it while you had it". If you decide you don't like it, you can get rid of it, but if you pass on it, who knows, you may never get another chance.
Maybe it's a bit extreme, but tomorrow anyone of us could get divorced(well not me, cause I'm not married), or whatever, and never know what it was like to have what you wanted...
Pretty sure I will pick it up on Friday. I'm usually not a big Porsche fan but something about this one just screams "buy me" lol
That's a beautiful ride!! I love the interior :P
Buying most cars is the easy part. Are you up for the maintenance?
^This is the ultimate question, and what should determine if you buy it or not.
I love Porches, and I'd go for it, wifey be ed...you only live once...
Word of advice, Porsches are extremely expensive to maintain. Most everything has to come from the dealership (most aftermarket places don't carry anything for them because there's no volume), and Porsche dealerships tend to act like they're doing you a favour by selling you parts. They do hold their value, though, (relatively speaking) so it's pretty hard to lose money on one unless you get swamped in a maintenance nightmare that hasn't been taken care of. I've never cared for 911's, but I'd totally rock a Cayman if I never, ever had to work on it (meaning I would have to have enough money that I could pay somebody else to worry about it while I worked on my "fun-to-work-on" classic cars and 4X4's)
The Porsche is no difference than any other car to work on. If you have to ask how much it costs to maintain you cant afford the car!! Just me. I love Porsche owners they do not care how much a repair costs.
With out a question in my mind the Porsche is one of the best cars in the world.
German cars, German guns. I love them both.
But right now the scorecard is 0 German cars, 2 German guns. Trying to make that score 0-3, but i can't seem yet to find a P99c AS ANYWHERE.
That is a sweet car, more pics upon delivery ;)
(perhaps a vid or 5?????)
Wrong color, Rescue a fox. lol.
You're right... no different than any other car... until you've gotta buy the parts. Which is what I said...
Took delivery of it today, then stopped by to surprise my wife with it (she had no clue that I was purchasing it). She had a smile ear to ear!
I'll be sure to take some more pictures.
Eh, he oughta be used to the hard to find stuff....he's surely got a Fox 'Bird/Cat... lol
Cool that your woman is down for it....mine would be kicking my ass....before, during, AND after the test drives...lol
Well said 302 been fabing parts for them for YEARS. There is an old saying when you build a better mouse trap they beat a path to your door. Just for laughs check this Porsche out!!!
Check this out 1.2 million bucks on 4 wheels and only 10 CYLINDERS Thought you would like to see this one. Extremely rare car.
Good luck with the new car. Porsche's drive so dam nice. Glad your wife loves the car GOOD LUCK. I love the car you just bought great car no questions about that.

I'll always be a TC fan, but there flat out is no comparison. This thing is a blast to drive!
Thanks! I agree the interior is very nice.
Come on guys what kind of question is that? I've owned TC's for ten years now, I'm ready for anything at this point! lol :P
I currently own six TC's, I've done my fair share to protect the foxes! :rollin:
Little unexpected update, a surprising side effect of cars like this is that doing anything even remotely exciting in it is quickly breaking the law.... :burnout:
