This looks like the same one that was for sale a couple of years ago.

His statement below stumps me??

"This car is near perfect condition thanks to Dakota Muscle in Dakota Dunes."

Not sure, I kinda took it as the name of a body shop in a place called Dakota Dunes, possibly a town????

Yep, it's a custom car shop. Very south east corner of SD.
