Obviously haven't  been on the boards long enough :)  (or at least as early as Weasles Custom Cougar endevours)

It took me a while, but I relize he's talking about the flat-black painted corner lens in the front. I think that's a thing unique to Will's car.

Wasn't more than a year ago was it?  Probably just missed that thread, I don't read everything...
