Title: 1986 Thunderbird Front End Lights
Post by: br4ndonn4bors on January 22, 2013, 08:51:12 AM
Hello. I am Brandon, and I own a 1986 Thunderbird. This may be easier than I thought because the pictures on the top of the page show what I'm talking about.  Look to the direct side of the headlight. That orange piece right beside the headlights. What is that? I can't get anything to light up. Is it a light and I have bad bulbs? Is it just a reflector.  I'm not talking about the park lights underneath the headlights, just what's to the left and right of them.  Please help!

They are lights.

Check bulbs,  Replace as needed,

If still not working,
Check for power to the socket, repair as needed.

Thanks for your reply
Do you know what these lights do? When should they be on? Do they work with the headlights?

They are just on when you turn on either the parking lights or the headlights.
