Yeah... need to do my tstat. Think the fan clutch is screwed too.

Yeah, thought you all would enjoy that.

i could not convince my son to drill the tstat bypass but when i opened up the tstat housing, that was what we found, posted a pic of it because.........
there has not been any over heating since we got it almost 2 years ago.

ok, so did yank out all the injector screens as well as add his new Explorer upper/lower.  didnt run the coolant line, blocked off the one.
put on double upper to lower intake gasets plus a home made perfect match gasket material gasket in between.
reason was the repair work was just on the cuff to where we needed to basically "shim" it up a little.

dizzy dropped in perfect since we dialed it in right, all is well and car runs and sounds great!!!
