Hi guys, I'm waking my 84 Bird up after a long rest. She is in pretty good shape for sitting outside in the weather after 2 years. I'm having a problem posting to my album so you all can see what it looks as goes through the process making it road worthy again. any advice would be helpful.

Yes its a Fila edition. I need to find the drivers side fender badge. But its all there except for the exterior work that needs to be done. The interior is stock except for the seats that were redone in leather and a B&M shifter installed. I'm having some trouble posting pictures to my album so you can see them.

Welcome to the forum. Nice project. Seems to have a lot of potential to it. As far as Fila badges, I think I have three NOS badges in my bed side table.....seriously. .

Fila is a sports type (clothing/equip) brand name IIRC.

For the 1984 Thunderbird few changes were made. The Turbo Coupe gained a 3-speed automatic transmission as an option. A "FILA" model was available, which featured unique paint and wheel choices, as well as badging to provide the car a more European feel.

Yes they were an actual edition. All I remember about the, is that they came in a whiteish-grey and had blue/red pinstriping, body-color wheels, black headlight bezels. Not sure what other options though. I don't recall seeing a manual trans version, think they were all autos.
