Where can i find subframe connects made for tbirds? MM doesnt, I asked. The mustang ones are 4" too short

Okay thank you. Are sub frame connectors the best way to stiffen up a chassis?

Depending on how elaborate you want to get, a roll cage does a good job too. Also, on my drag car I had the subframe connectors protrude through the floor. It is better to make your own than buy those recycled pop can pieces of tin. These are probably the easiest things to do if you are half decent at welding and have a welder that will "penetrate".

Look up gumby's thread on SFC. The best way is to cut notches through your floor pans for the connectors to go through. A straight piece of metal will be more sturdy than one with an "elbow" or a bend to it.

To do it the best way is a bit more work, more elaborate in installation, but, if you're going to go through the effort, leave nothing at the door.
