on the A/C side, what is the oval and the round hole for?
on the driver side the two holes left of throttle cable and large whole right side of throttle cable?

Right of the throttle is for the clutch cable. The two to the left are for the windshield washer hose and a wiring harness.
Left side is for heater hoses I think and more wiring.
If I get time tomorrow, I'll check my 84 to verify. In the meantime someone who is sure may post.
ok thanks, I just wondering what wiring harness that is on the left of A/C?
I THINK it's for the pressure sw on the A/C accumulator as well as some vacuum lines needed for the heater controls.
On my 86', the big hole to left of the A/C was foe the engine wiring.
Like for the ecu for thunderbird v8? in the first picture I have a harness with lights and start selnoid, and things on it coming from the right of steering shaft.
This is what they were for on my TC.

thanks, little confused on the body/brake harness, everything else I got.
I don't have a pic of mine or I'd post it. But there is an oblong grommet that goes through there on my 88 tc and the eec harness and eletronic brakes go through there. On your car not sure what would be there.
The little hole above and to the left of the brake booster is for the clutch cable, or hydraulic cylinder for the '87/8 TC's. On 5.0 and 3.8 cars, it's got a rubber grommet in it.
