You need some kind of graphics program, either a full-blown editor or just a viewer.

I still use the programs I had for Windows 3.11

For quicky stuff, I use an old viewer called LView Pro (version 1.D/32), with a key "hack" to get rid of the nag screens.
Here's one place to get it:

For the fancier stuff I use an ancient shareware version of Paint Shop Pro (version 3.12-32)

I had to click "download" a few times before it worked.

There's also IrfanView, ACDSee, Photoshop, and about a million other more "modern" programs.

Surely you have microsoft paint.  Just open a pic with that, click on Image>stretch/skew and punch in equal percentages for height and width.  That should at least downsize it enough to post it here.

Should have been a little more clear on that, you need to enter a percentage in the stretch category less than 100% for each.  Say you want a picture half the size.  Enter 50 for heighth and width under the stretch section and viola, a smaller picture.

Pray it's newer than my version. It only saves in bitmap format, and turns an 85kb JPG into a 900kb BMP.

Another Cougar with the hidden front marker lights. I found them under the fender on my 88 parts car.

I haven't seen side pipes for about 20 years seems like. I always liked those. Figured they were outlawed or something since I never see them anymore. My uncle used to run them on all of his 'hot rods' during high school. I was like 10 or 12 years old and can remember him building them for every car he ever built. WOW...those were the days.
