I cant remember who used to make the kit for these that no longer does.. I have a question for the person who did? Can you help?

Getting to start restoration of my 83 Cougar that I bought new in July of 83. Been covered in a shed since 2005. I've seen 1 other 83 with sequential lights ans would really love to incorporate them in my re-do. Any ideas? Was told by a guy at a local cruise-in that he installed some in a Mustang from a kit he ordered but couldn't remember where he got the from.
