That thing has come up for sale for the last few years. I recognize it by the high price and the turbine are sprayed white. You can tell it was done later as there is no aluminum showing.

i can't attest to the rims being painted or repainted, but the Xr-7 was available in monochromatic editions in white and burgundy and i think black as well. The anniversary edition had gold and painted turbines too if remember as well.
