Hey everybody, i'm new here, but i've own my 82 cougar wagon for about 2.5 years, and i need to sell it. I recently inherited my car from my grandmother who's the original owner. I know this car is a rare find.

Manual windows - all crank with no problems

Cruise Control - Works perfectly
Has the separate rear glass hatch.
Changes:
Carb replaced 17 years ago. (from what my grandma told me)
Transmissoin replaced 6 years ago (from what my grandma told me)
2 year old Paint Job
New Pioneer DEH-P3600 Radio W/ New speakers
Radio: $189
Front Speakers: JBL 3.5" $54
Rear Speakers: Bazooka 5x7's (don't remember the price)
Problems:
Dash Board Cracked
Dasboard lights burned out (already checked connection and fuses)
Rear Defroster doesn't work
A/C compressor broken
Hatch won't stay open, (glass and body)
Drivers door, and rear passenger side, were broken into but there is no damage except for the chrome trim, and minor leakage due to messed up weather stripping only on the rear passanger side.
This car has treated me well, and now i need something smaller and a little more economical, the engine is in EXCELLENT condition, no stalling or sputtering. The emissions are clean, hey if it can pass California Smog, it can pass anywhere. I want somebody who actually understands its value, and its uniqueness.
PRICE: $1,475
I am currently Residing in SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA
if you have any questions just PM me

Bump... still forsale
Very nice car for a good price but a Cougar station wagon is disgusting!
Now here a car that would be perfect for the unlikely to hot rod award.
