Does anyone know where I could buy a passenger rear quarter panels? I've found fenders but no rear quarter panels. I live in wichita ks and I haven't found any parts car. My cars an 84 cougar and do any other years fit besides the 4 eyed? Any help would be great, Thanks!
Hey you're local! How bad is your quarter? Can you post a pic please? Your only option is probably to find a parts car or try to work it back straight.
Post a pic so we can see how big of a peice you need. If its just around the lip, it could be had and shipped pretty easy. If its the whole quarter though...
Just check out damiac in the bodywork section under project evolution.
I read up on that build pretty badass. The wheelwell has some rust. The quarter is pretty messed up it was in a wreck and had a shag ton of bondo on it. Ill try to post pics
I'd be interested in meeting up to see what we could work out on this car.
Post some pics of what you have. If it's not the entire quarter, you may be able to use some of a front fender, and some some sheet metal. Haystack may be your best bet for finding quarter sections. He found some nice rust-free sections for my vert, and parts for my 87

Sorry its on my FB but that's all I got lol. But I can do metal work but I think it would be easier to cut it out. Also does anyone know if the bug eyed birds or cougars fenders will work?
@88turbo yea that would be sweet haven't met anyone else in my area that likes theses cars.
get yourself a stud welder....pull the lows out, and also use it to shrink the high spots
I don't have one... I have a mig welder
Harbor freight has them for pretty cheap, looks like someone bumped the rear, our cars squat when rearended
Btw I sent you a friend request
yes check to see if the rear has been moved on that side. You may have to pull it back out too.
Harbour freight has a good cheap stud welder, but the slide hammer sucks
I dont really care for stud guns myself, try tack welding the end of the slide hammer to the metal
Zac, there is an 86 cougar in a local yard if you are still looking for panels.
