As we all know, there was an issue getting wheels for the little man's wagon. Chuck came through and got me the hook up. I spent a couple of hours yesterday modifying the hubs from the tiny tires to fir these wheels. ANyway, here's the larger, insane size tires on the tiny man's ride...

Meh, I like the old ones better...
J/k, looks great Vin!
Thanks Eric.
I think the other were a bit small for the bulk of this beast. The fronts could be a bit narrower, but, still cool. The wagon is heavy. Double walled body, heavy wood rails, cushy bottom in it, stainless fasteners everywhere, the front suspension is beefy with spindles, not the typical radio Flyer setup. The wheels, they weigh a little more than nothing. Drives like a dream.LOL.LOL. In person (so to speak) it has that chunky bull dog look.
Awesome. He should pull at least a G on the skidpad with those!
I see clovers.
Nice wagon. Do you pull him around in it? When I was a kid all I did with wagons was jump in it and roll down huge hills at 150,000,000 mph
The Lord Humongous is looking for his kids wagon....... awesome work Vinnie!

looks even better Vinnie, I almost want a ride in it myself, lol
We go for long trips in it every time he comes over and the weather is good. We go about 6 blocks away, then hit Main Street, go all the way up Main on the sidewalk, then back the other side of the street, then once we're in the hood again, we take about 12 blocks to get back home. He loves his wagon. he lights up when I grab his little blanket and pillow (matching blue of course). He knows we're going somewhere.
As far as clover, yes there is a patch.
He won't be rolling down hills in this wagon. When he gets old enough to start tossing rocks and junk in it, I'm buying him a basic red radio Flyer to abuse. This one will be put away until another little one can ride in it.
Looks great Vinnie! The new wheels really make a difference!
Who polished the tank:rollin::shakeass:
That's really cool! Nice job Vinnie! I need to do something like that for my 10 mo old. He does have a John Deere pedal tractor hidden away for when he is big enough to ride.
I think we all know that really cool guy, Vinnietbird, did it. That guy is beyond awesome.
Grab a wagon and get busy. It's actually a fun project, and your imagination can go wild, mostly for cheap. I had to really do some front suspension work, and the rest was just a lot of thinking and drawing to get the rough idea in order. It's a fun little wagon.
Doesn't match the bird!!,neat though.
I had thought hard about matching the Bird, but, in the end, I decided to go with blue. I think it pops a little better with blue as well. It has the tribal flames down the side, and the floor of the wagon has a soft pad in it to keep the heat and suspension fasteners away from him. He also has a matching pillow and blanket for the rides. Gotta get the decals for the tires and apply them. I'm going to smooth the sidewalls and add Good Year decals for appearance.
You need to put it on a bench or lay down and get a good side shot of it for us.
I can do that. Stay tuned.............
Nice, that's the most tricked out wagon I've ever seen haha. Glad you were able to finally get some wheels for it.
