how meany volts is their supose to be at the fuel pump?
Same or close to the same as the battery. I tested it at the relay, input and output.
ok im only geting about 4volts at the pump
You have a problem. Replace the relay and go from their. Test in and out voltage at the relay contacts and inertia switch to see where the voltage drop is. Good luck
is their a voltage regalter for the pump
No
ok i looked at the relay. and checked it with at test light and the yellow have a realy bright light and 12volts and the tested the rest of them and only the red one would light up and that was only when the key is on
A lot of us have already forgotten about your last thread. There was a reason everything in that thread was brought up, and everyone of those things will help everyone else help you. Dig up your old thread so were not saying the same things over and over and over.
i tryed to find it
It is easy just check the voltage with a digital meter in and out of the relay contacts. The coil side is ok because you have some voltage to the pump. Better yet change the relay and go from their. The relays are cheap and they do have a life expectancy of sorts. Good luck
Every thread you ever started

;)
that link does not work for me just tells me sorry try a differnt match.
i did try a diffrent relay that i had but it still dose that same thing
Well, how you suposedly can run the car by jumping the fuel pump at the test connector, it is computer or other code related. You never did test the things that were pointed out in the last thread. Reserect that one, and we will go from there.
