I was wondering if a explorer 5.0 TB will work on a turbo coupe?

Yep.

But you'd have to bolt the rest of the engine in with it to do you any good...lol

I think it is the same as a early 302 T bird isn't it? 93-94 ish

if so it will with some mods and look like this

Nope, not the same. The 5.0 Explorer TB is setup very similar to the 5.0 Fox Mustangs. The TB you want is the Supercoupe, 94-95 5.0 Stang, or the MN12 5.0 Bird/Cougar unit.
