The car is a 1986 Cougar with 3.8 TBI. A progression of problems involving stalling has been occurring and getting worse and now when the car is just idling, couple of minutes, and before the car is up to normal operating temperature the car dies and will not start for a while. Any ideas ?
tfi module(grey module possibly on the distributer,not sur eabout the v6 models)
Poss weak fuel pump as well.
