There's an offer on my house. I submitted a counter offer and they accepted. After almost a year on the market it looks like it's finally sold! I say "tentative" because I'm a pessimist and don't consider anything sold until the cash is in my hand.
Now the looking for a new house begins. I've decided I want brand new and will build my own garage rather than buy one already built. I want 12.5 foot ceilings on one side and 8' on the other with another floor above that side.
And that 20th is still calling to me... if it's still available when it looks certain the house is sold I think I'll jump on it and figure out where to put it later...
Good deal. The housing market has definately seen better days. Good luck on finding a new place. That can always be a fun journey!
Actually the Canadian housing market is red hot. We didn't suffer the meltdown USA did because we didn't have the sub-prime thing
Get them while their hot.. Been looking around online and fox birds and cats are becoming harder to come by.
Ahh, didn't realize that. You Canadians get things right every once in awhile ;).
Good luck with the house search man.
congrats and good luck on the search.. it's still a total buyer's market here in the states.. which is good for me lol
Go get that Cougar.
Awesome.....
Sounds great! Hopefully they really do want it and are happy with the offer and ready to pay up. And yea get the cougar :D
you get the coug and i send you a free 20th convenience kit for the trunk,, not totally complete but good nuff. I have three
Hopefully it all goes through for you and you can get the Cougar. You've been foxless long enough.
I should know for sure by Thursday, that's when the results of the second water test come in (it failed the first one due to bacteria, so I installed an inline UV fiilter)
I would buy the Cougar so just in case it falls through I still have the Cougar to cheer me up, but that's just me.
