Title: Cougar wheels
Post by: jaa55 on February 16, 2012, 08:47:01 PM
This is an interesting thought, I have 17" 02 Cougar wheels they are the same 4x108 pattern thats used on the fox cougar/thunderbird. I could put these on my mustang or thunderbird (when it comes back from paint) for caliper clearance if someone is truly interested in them.

I'm thinking the offset would be too far off for these to work on our cars!

I will put them on my car to make sure they fit correctly......the turbo coupe is not back from paint yet but I do have my foxbody mustang available for fitment. Could always run a spacer if the offset was too much.

checked this out today, they could work but you would have to use a spacer and the hub center is slightly smaller on the newer wheel. the hub hole probably  needs .030" clearance.
