can a mustang 5.0 BBK fuel pressure regulator bolt right up to the stock 2.3 fuel lines? Mine came with it so im not sure but my friend wants to know for his car?
I believe it will, but make sure it's a rising rate regulator, or it'll create severe problems.
How can you tell if it is a rising rate regulator?
Has a vacuum source on it.
This is the one

it doesnt say anything about a rising rate but it looks like it has a vacuum source
It should work fine, if it bolts up. If you need a new regulator I'd just get a Motorcraft replacement one. The computer will eventually tune out any increase in fuel pressure.
it looks the same as the others but it just doesnt say it has a rising rate like this one.

They look the same minus the color to me pretty much but the BBK doesnt say rising rate.
