Title: CHE issues/experiences
Post by: 50tbrd88 on February 08, 2012, 10:29:57 AM
I ordered a new set of non-adjustable lower control arms from CHE back the 1st of January.  The order has still not shipped!  I have tried calling them twice (goes to a voicemail) and emailed a couple of times as well.

So far no one has responded to me in any way!  I love my other set of CHE control arms but from what I can see, their customer service SUCKS!  I really think I may just cancel my order and keep my old control arms.

Anyone else have issues with them in the past?

I have heard they have a long wait time between order placement and delivery, I'd say wait a bit longer before you change your mind.. Just my my opinion. :)

They are worth it, have them on mine and love it. Of course, I bought mine used from a member here, so can't say exactly how long the wait will be.

I had orderded my parts Aug 30th last year and didnt get them until Nov 11th

I called and called and called and called, sent numerous email. finally I got P"ssed off and contacted the BBB on him they gave me a site to go to to check the domain holder of the site and his personal email addy. I sent him a shiznittified email to his HOME email addy. and like it was a dream about 2 hrs later got an email from his business... hmm

if it wasnt the fact that he is the ONLY company that sells decent arms for our cars I would completely NIX the though of ever ordering from him again.

These are what Im going to get for my car when I focus on the suspension.http://www.maximummotorsports.com/store/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=514_21_91_429 (http://"http://www.maximummotorsports.com/store/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=514_21_91_429")
I've heard nothing good about Che's service, thats VERY important to me. You can make the best product ever and if your customer service sucks I'll NEVER buy it.

I have a set of adjustables now and love them.  I've had them several years but really don't remember having to wait so long to get them.

I will give him credit he did email me back today finally and said it will probably be another 1-2 weeks.  I told him I could wait...we shall see if he can hold up to the 2 week thing.

I had excellent service...he delivered the first set ever made right to my door. ;)

Ooops, probably shouldn't have mentioned that out loud.

Seriously, track record is that they take awhile. Be patient and you'll get them.

Mine took a few weeks... but I remember the site said something like 4-6 weeks delivery back when I bought them.
