I am going to be installing a TPS I got from Vinnie and am wondering what the (? Volt? ) range should be when I check it to see if it needs adjusting.

Im pretty sure it should be 0.9V at idle.

.68-1.00 is the parameters as far as i know

Mine was always around 0.9v but with the explorer tb I cant get it lower than 1.2v. I need to get a diagram so I can try the explorer tps so I can get the idle lower than 800rpm.

Basically, .49v to 1.19v is within range at idle. It should step up evenly with throttle input until it reaches a minimum of 3.5v's above idle range. Everytime you start the car it resets the minimum idle range.

So if your idle voltage is above or below .49-1.19v, your sensor is bad and the computer will throw a tps code. If your at 1.0v at idle, as long as it reads 4.5v's , your at WOT. Anything above or below, the sensor is bad. They are not really adjustable.

At 1.2v's, your tps sensor is bad, as long as all of your wiring is up to par.

Yeah but at higher than maybe 1.1v you'll have a hanging - high idle and it won't be throwing a code... Happened with the A9P I was running in the Bird...

I set mine around .9v with the IAC disconnected for the idle RPM I want... With the relatively tight 2600 stall converter and  TFS-1 cam, it will sometimes stall if set less than 900 RPM in gear...
