I don't know where to get your sunroof seal but I am from Wichita too, although I currently live in Las Vegas.  Welcome to the board!

Do you have anyone local who installs sunroofs? I had an aftermarket one that leaked and a place that installs them was able to get a seal and replace it.

If you figure something out that works I want to know about it.  I have a power sunroof and I tried to find a replacement gasket/seal about 10 years ago with no luck.  It's never leaked water or anything but it definitely makes noise as you go down the highway!  For awhile I actually just sealed the whole thing up with silicone, but I missed being able to open it up so I eventually pulled the silicone back off.

There is another thread going on about this topic here (http://"http://www.foxtbirdcougarforums.com/showthread.php?30061-sun-roof-weather-seal").  Seems to have a possible solution.
