I've not seen that before.  Looks a little like the Dodge Mirada.

I don't think I've seen that either.  I kinda like the last few pics of the angled-aero look.  I'd drive one.

thank god that's not what the 83 bird came to be.. it looks like an ugly retro redesign of the 80-82 bird

agreed.. if that's what the 83-88 bird looked like, i WOULD NOT currently be a member on this site

Well from what I remember reading the 83 T-bird borrowed the design from the Mark VII, which was designed first.

I read an article once that stated the Fairmont "Futura" was considered as the new downsized Tbird.
