Seems when I search it returns the same results no matter what, I just thought it was picking up people sigs for key words.

I always use the advanced search. and pick the "and earlier" option... doesn't seem to work for me if I don't select that

We're missing roughly 4 years worth of threads. I think they got lost when the board was down due to the server issue. There are old results, like from 05/06 and new results from 2010/11, but not many in between.

I've always had the most success from using the Advanced Search. From there, you can select sub-forums and title-only searches, which weeds out the stuff you're not looking for.

Sometimes you are better off just using Google to search forums. Go to Google and type

site:foxtbirdcougarforums.com: headlights

Just replace headlights with whatever you are searching for.
