Per the subject, I'm running a aluminum alt bracket and it makes getting to the heater core interested as the alt is basically overtop the bottom outlet and there is only about 1 inch of space. If they unscrew I was going to get a 90* pipe fitting there.

I have never seen a SBF pump with a screw in fitting, only press in , that's not to say they never did, but I have been messing with SBF engines for more than 30 years and I sold Parts in a jobber store for 15 years .
Tom, again thank you for contributing. I understand your a little burned from me calling you a moron and asking for a ban, I also said you did know your stuff but was sometime a douche. Regardless I would contribute if you asked a question and I knew. If your posts are "if you can't say nothing nice then say nothing at all" then I thank you, for remaining civil.
@hypostang,
I've seen pics of water pumps with AN fittins in them, I don't have a extra laying around or I'd try it. Might have to pull one off a junk car at Dad's house to see.
I imagine it can be done without too much trouble , I just have never seen it ... good luck ,,,,,and post pics
OK f
like tom said.. that gives you the option of running AN fittings or just a 90* screw in elbow
Cool pressed in, and Thank You :D
