Hey guys I need a measurement of the opening, since mine is highly modified due to the B&M shifter, pretty much i need the template of the hole for the stick

I cut mine out for the aod, then put the 5spd. in and it worked out. If it helps here's the diagram for the aod, I don't think it needs to be as big of a whole.
