Post by: 347Thunder on September 21, 2011, 10:29:14 AM
Well, since I'm taking off the fenders to paint, why not do the engine bay and 5 speed swap:punchballs:(pulling engine to degree lakewood bellhousing) since I never want it back on the road.:toilet: I feel that I am in a long battle against the bird, but I will win:beatyoass: Hey, ya never know I could win the lotto(that I don't play lol) and install a turbo:mullet::burnout:

For some reason I thought you had a 5 speed already.  What trans are you using?  As I'm sure you know, a stock T5 would not last long behind your motor...especially with the slicks!  lol.

EDIT: I see it in your sig now, tremec 3550.

Don't forget to tie the frames together and add battle boxes while you're there (if it's not already done).

.....yep.  Back in my racing days, I saw a 68 396 Camero hook so hard that the body twisted to the point that the rear window shattered and the pass door buckled.

Well, if you are in the mood to do it then let her rip. I know with me it just depends on what I feel ready for at the time.
