I am sure Cam/crank/aux timing correct, checked and rechecked!
Tick did go away, but Not sure why it was there in the first place. Oil pressure also good. I also caught the intermittent cutting out problem on video.

Something in your valve train. After my timing belt broke I had a broken HLA (Lifter). I actually had 2 of them broken, just one was broken completely in half down in the head. I would strongly suggest you go ahead and check everything under that cam cover. It's a good time to upgrade to a Boport 1.1 cam (http://"http://www.bo-port.com/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=52") or, at the very least, do a ranger roller swap. You can pick up the reconditioned roller Followers from Boport (http://"http://www.bo-port.com/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=39") and the cam from Autozone. The Ranger cam takes a bit off the top end and puts it all down stairs, but, with a little tweaking on the timing you can get a good bit of the power back. The ranger cam is smaller but the Bo-Port 1.1 cam will give you about 15 horses over the stock cam, the wide band HLA's will keep everything smooth and with it being a roller cam, no more metal being shaved in your engine. The cam will probably out live the car at that point. Those ticks from the valve train can take a toll on your power band and your engine as a whole.
Some Time relenty fail Connectors
I agree with the lifter tick.
I just purchased Boport's 1.9 cam and am going to double check everything when I install it.
