Well you can do it and it will need a smaller piston master. But with 4 wheel discs it might be a little difficult to stop. I have a TC and a giant cam and my drakes work perfect. But i have an electric assist unit at the moment. Your 88 does not have a vacuum unit. Did you change it. Your car came stock with an electric booster and ABS controller. I am a little confused???

X2...... Your TC should have the Teves system like the Marks do, of course unless something went bad and you or somebody converted them.
