yeah i dont know but when i put on the breaks i push it down about 2 inches to ingage them. Even though the master cylender and rear cylenders where change out about a year ago anyhelp would be nice.
welcome to the world of power breaks :D
or......
do you hear hissing when you press the pedal?
if so, your booster has that typical vac leak that most of us have and its been a non issue with me two of the past 329kmiles.
Yea I'm gonna be a ASS... You pay any attention to what topic you're in when posting???
Since when did they start puttin' "breaks" in a engine????
Engine brakes :grinno:
Opps
where would that vac leak be?
My brakes are the same way. They feel soft and you do have to push the pedal a distance to stop. Now if your pedal gets hard as a rock and your car doesn't slow down
then you have a problem.
That sound drives me nuts. Sounds like the pedal is breathing.
Oh No... It's Alive!
Not sure where exactly the vac leak is but my car stops just fine so I haven't worried about it.
Not trying to make you feel like an idiot or anything but...
Suspension/Steering Tires, swaybars, steering racks and
braking questions I'm sure you've got that down by now though.
hmm my pedal goes down an inch or so reall easy then slams to a stop and I stop (kinda).
lol yeah if you have abs it would be nice to have BUT NO!!! lol i freaked out my buddy when he was driving it. He drives stick so he slammed on break WHOOPS stopped face into dash funny stuff
