okay, cool. is there anyone who makes a master kit by chance like they do for the stangs
Now that I think about it, I think i bought one for my 84. I remember having to specify oval bushings in place of the round one for the rear LCA. I'll see if I can find the number.
I'm at home and my #s are at the shop, but I think this is it....http://www.jegs.com/i/Energy-Suspension/355/4-18110G/10002/-1?parentProductId=744126
thats what i was looking for.........so just to clarify, this jegs mustang kit should fit the 85 cougar so long as i specify oval for ONLY the LCA????
I don't want to provide you with misinformation so I won't confirm it until I go back out to the shop to check my kit #.
well it is appreciated i was kinda figuring that the stang suspension bushings were near close enough to use a their master kit
The bushing kits for the 83-86 are the same as the Mustangs of the appropriate vintage. All use oval bushings in the RLCA and you'll need to specify/verify the front sway bar diameter.
